Dharmabums is an independent online clothing brand based in India, operating through dharmabums.in. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Qikink. For any questions, contact us at info@dharmabums.in.
2. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- Since all our products are made to order, we begin production as soon as your order is confirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Shipping and delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmation, subject to production time.
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- We currently ship within India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing an order.
5. Returns and refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size ordered or a change of mind. We will, however, offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- There is a printing error or misprint on the product
Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the defect. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
6. Product descriptions and colours
- We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the finished product due to monitor settings and the nature of digital printing.
- A size tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel and is not considered a defect.
- We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including designs, logos, images, and text may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dharmabums shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
